Please read the following before using this website:
1) Please note if you are using a different email address than the one provided
to you by Western, it is your responsibility to make sure your email address is
accurate and your mailbox is not full. Failure to do so will result in reminder notices not being sent to you.
2) It is also your
responsibility to CANCEL YOUR OWN
APPOINTMENTS through this website.
Appointment times and locations WILL NOT
be posted anywhere but on this website.
Make sure you
know the date, time and location of the course examination you will be
proctoring. Please click on the "Guidelines" or "Questions" buttons for more information!
3) If you have never logged in to the proctor request system before, click on "New
User" and enter the requested information before proceeding.
4) Please visit the "Questions" and "Guidelines" sections of the site to answer
any questions you may have before contacting the system
Coordinator.
